1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the online Talento service (resume ↔ job offer analysis, history, interview simulator). By creating an account or using the free trial, you accept these terms.
2. Description of the service
- AI-assisted comparison (Google Gemini) between a resume and a job offer
- ATS-oriented rewrite suggestions
- Personalized interview simulator
- Analysis history for authenticated accounts
- Limited trial for visitors who are not signed in
The source code is open (MIT License). You may also self-host the project; these terms mainly apply to the public instance hosted by the publisher.
3. Access and account
Access to the advanced features requires an account (email / password or Google OAuth). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Free of charge, no sale
The public instance is offered free of charge at the time of writing. There is no cart, no billing and no paid subscription. If a paid offer is introduced later, it will be subject to specific terms clearly presented before any commitment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- use the service for legitimate job application or personal assessment purposes
- not attempt to bypass trial limits, quotas or security measures
- not deliberately overload the API or the calls to the AI model
- not upload unlawful content
6. Artificial intelligence and results
Analyses are generated by a third-party AI model. Scores, gaps and rewrites are indicative and constitute neither HR advice, nor a guarantee of being hired, nor the score of a proprietary ATS. You remain solely responsible for the final content of your application documents.
7. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. Interruptions (maintenance, hosting incidents, AI quotas) may occur and do not give rise to any compensation.
8. Termination
You can delete your account from the Profile page. The publisher may suspend access in case of abusive use or breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those of the publisher’s place of residence, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
